Aparecium	Aparecio	Spell used to make invisible ink become visible
Avada Kedavra	Avada Kedavra	One of the 3 unforgivable curses. "The Killing Curse" Unblockable; Used by Voldemort on Harry and his parents when Harry was a baby.
Avis	Avis	Charm used to conjure small, twittering birds
Babbling Curse	???	Causes the victim to babble nonsense
Banishing	???	Counter-charm of "Accio" - puts items back in their original place
Bat-Bogey Hex	???	Causes bogies to grow and become bat-like, then attacks the victim
Bubble-Head Charm	???	Charm used to create a oxygenated bubble enabling the user to breathe underwater
Cheering Charm		Used to make people cheery
Colloportus	Colloportus	Counter of "Alohomora;" Seals doors
Confundus	???	Charm used to bamboozle the Goblet of Fire into forgetting that only three schools compete in the Triwizard Tournament
Conjunctivitis	Conjunctivitis	Curse used by Krum to weaken the dragon's eyes
Cruciatus	Crucio	One of the 3 unforgivable curses. Makes the victim suffer crucial pain. Ended when wand is withdrawn
Curse of the Bogies	???	Effect unknown as Prof. Quirrell didn't explain it to the class
Cushioning Charm	???	Charm used to make broomsticks more comfortable
Deletrius	Deletrius	Spell used to get rid of the Dark Mark
Densaugus	Densaugeo	Spell used to give someone buckteeth
Diffindo	Diffindo	Spell used by Harry to split open Cedric Diggory's bag
Disapparate	???	Spell that allows a person transport out of an area; Used in conjunction with Apparate
Disillusionment		Charm that is used to hide something
Dissendium	Dissendium	Spell which opened a secret passage inside of a statue
Drought	???	Charm used to dry up lakes and puddles
Engorgement	Engorgio	Charm used to make someone or something larger
Enlargement	???	Charm used to cause an object to swell up
Ennervation	Ennervate	Counter-charm of "Stupefy" - used to bring a person back in to consciousness
Entrail-Expelling	???	Curse invented by Urquhart Rackharrow; Effect unknown
Entrancing	???	Enchanment that entrances the person that the spell is cast upon
Evanesco	Evanesco	Spell use to make an object disappear; Used on objects only, not people
Patronus	Expecto Patronum	Spell which conjures a patronus. Used to keep dementors away
Expelliarmus	Expelliarmus	Spell used to disarm someone
Extinguising	???	Spell used to put out fires
Featherweight	???	Charm used to make something lighter
Fernunculus	Fernunculus	Spell used to cause a rash of boils on the person it is used on
Ferula	Ferula	Spell used to create a sling
Fidelius Charm	???	Very complex charm; The caster, or Secret-Keeper, hides someone or something in plain sight where no one can see it; Only the Secret-Keeper can disclose the information of the secret
Finite Incantatem	Finite Incantatem	Charm used by Prof. Snape to stop the commotion made by students
Flagrate	Flagrate	Enables the caster to cast an X of fire from their wand
Flame Freezing	???	Charm used to remove the effects of the fire when Medieval witches were burned at the stake
Freezing Charm	???	Charm used to immobilize Cornish Pixies by Hermione
Furnunculus	Furnunculus	Makes the victim's body break out into boils
Gripping	???	Charm that allows a person to grip an object better
Hair Loss	???	Makes the victim lose their hair
Homorphus	Homorphus	Charm used to force a werewolf into human form
Horton-Keitch Braking Charm	???	Aids broomsticks in slowing down with better control
Hot Air Charm	???	Enables the caster to release hot air from the end of their wand.
Hover Charm	???	Not to be confused with Wingardium Leviosa, this charm is used to make objects hover
Hurling Hex	???	The effect is unknown, but likely to do damage to someone on a broomstick
Immobulus	Immobulus	Prevents an object from moving (used in HP movies, not books)
Impediment	Impedimenta	Spell used to slow down and obstruct attackers
Imperius	Imperio	One of the 3 unforgivable curses. Grants user full control over the person it is being used on
Imperturbable	???	Charm that creates a barrier which nothing can pass
Impervius	Impervius	Spell used by Hermione in which she put on Harry's glasses so that they would repel water during a Quidditch Match
Incandensus	Incandensus	Spell used to create fire
Incarcerous	Incarcerous	Summons ropes when casted
Incendio	Incendio	Spell used to conjure a fire for floo travel
Jelly Legs Jinx	???	Jinx which makes the victim's legs shake like jelly
